5XZC-3A corn seed cleaning machine/Maize Cleaning Machine/Corn Cleaning Machine with Thresher. A settling chamber consists of a large box installed in the ductwork. The increase of cross section area at the chamber reduces the speed of the dust-filled airstream and heavier particles settle out. Settling chambers are simple in design and can be manufactured from almost any material. It`s very convenient to pull the sieves out. Client can change the sieve easily when cleaning other grain or seed.

The 5XZC-3A Seed Cleaner & Grader is installed a maize thresher at front, so it will threshing the maize first, then Dust and light impurity will be removed by aspirator fan, material will fall on sieve layers and be separated by sieves according to the width and thickness difference. All the oversize and undersize impurities will be discharged from outlets.
Customized sieve layer amount and various machine combinations allow the seed cleaner & grader to be used for a wide range of applications and increase grading efficiency.
